You will need:

Light yellow double knit yarn.
Brown double knit yarn.
Metallic gold yarn.

6 Gold coloured beads.
Knitting needles size 4.5mm (UK 7. US 7).

Method:

Cast on 32 stitches using the brown yarn.
Knit 5cm (2 inches) rib (knit 2, purl 2).
Change to yellow yarn. (Remember to change the yarn on the same side of the knitting each time you start a new colour).
Knit 2 rows garter stitch (knit stitches, no purl) using yellow yarn.
Knit 2 rows garter stitch gold yarn.
Knit 2 rows garter stitch yellow.
Knit 2 rows garter stitch gold.
Knit 2 rows garter stitch yellow.
Knit 2 rows garter stitch gold.
Knit 5cm (2 inches) garter stitch yellow.
Bind off.

With right sides together fold the wrist warmer over and use yarn to stitch the side seam leaving a gap for the thumb. Do this by sewing 9cm (3.5 inches) from the bottom of the rib cuff up the side of the warmer. Leave a gap. Then sew 2.5cm (1 inch) from the top down.

Turn the wrist warmer right sides out.
Make two of these.

Add the radio dials:

Sew three circles of brown felt on to the warmer. Decorate with beads.

Use a knitters needle (or darning needle) to sew the number 4 on to the warmer using the metallic gold yarn.

Repeat this on the other warmer.
