You will need:
Gold metallic sequin yarn.
Yellow double knit yarn.
Knitting needles size 4.5mm (UK 7. US 7).
Knitting needles size 4mm (UK 8. US 6).
Method:
Cast on 32 stitches with 4mm knitting needles and sequin yarn.
Knit 2.5cm (1 inch) garter stitch.
Change to yellow yarn and 4.5mm knitting needles.
Knit 3cm (1 1/4 inches) stocking stitch.
Add sequin yarn and knit 4 rows stocking stitch with two yarns together (sequin & yellow).
Knit 4 rows stocking stitch with sequin yarn only.
Add yellow yarn and knit 4 rows stocking stitch with two yarns.
Knit 3cm (1 1/4 inches) stocking stitch with yellow yarn only.
Knit 5 rows garter stitch.
Bind off.
With right sides together fold the wrist warmer over and use yarn to stitch the side seam leaving a gap for the thumb. Do this by sewing 10cm (4 inches) from the bottom of the rib cuff up the side of the warmer. Leave a gap. Then sew 3cm (1 1/4 inches) from the top down.
Turn the wrist warmer right sides out.
Make two of these.
